An introductory workshop is an ideal starting point to enable clients to sample the Pilates method.
The one and a half hour workshops cover the history of Pilates, the key basic principles, posture analysis and a range of sample exercises suitable for home practise.
A workshop will give you the opportunity to decide if Pilates suits your requirements without prior commitment and is an ideal pathway onto a beginners block course should you wish to continue.
If class vacancies are limited it maybe necessary for your name to be added to a waiting list to be allocated a place when available.
Workshops are limited to 10 participants only and booking is essential.
